Job Duties:

• Supervise daily operations and monitor the performance of the cafe to maximize sales and productivity, manpower efficiency and customer service standard

• Implement Company standards in terms of product quality, customer service level, hygiene & safety, provide staff training

• Perform any other restaurant duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ experience in Café / Western style restaurant management

• Knowledge of coffee with barista skills a MUST

• Strong leadership, communication, planning, problem-solving skills, customer-oriented, self-motivated, independent and able to perform multi-tasks under pressure

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication skills in Cantonese, English & Putonghua

• Can-do attitude is a must
