What you'll be doing

• Respond promptly to user inquiries and troubleshoot a variety of hardware and software issues.

• Provide first-line support and guide users through the resolution of technical problems.

• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers, laptops, and other IT equipment.

• Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and enhance existing systems.

• Document and maintain detailed records of all support activities and resolutions.

What we're looking for

• Familiarity with a range of hardware, software, and operating systems.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a passion for providing excellent customer service.

• Relevant technical certifications or qualifications in IT support or a related field.

• Fresh graduates from Computing/ Information Technology is welcome.
