Role Overview

This role will support the delivery of a group-wide private assets data capability as part of a major Transformation Programme. The role focuses on implementing a vendor platform to deliver consistent, high-quality data on exposures, valuations, performance, and cashflows for investment management and risk oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive implementation of the private assets data platform and target operating model.
• Partner with Investments, Risk, Finance, and Technology stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business needs.
• Collaborate with vendors on configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Lead data onboarding, mapping, validation, and quality remediation.
• Design supporting business processes, controls, and a governance framework.
• Support business readiness and transition to BAU operations.

Essential Experience & Skills

• Private Assets Expertise: Strong knowledge of private assets and investment management. Hands-on experience implementing eFront (or similar platforms), is highly preferred.
• Business Analysis & Transformation: 6-10 years delivering strategic change initiatives in financial services, with proven ability to analyse requirements, redesign processes, and drive data transformation projects.
• Data & Consulting Skills: High data literacy (lineage, quality, integration). Strong consulting or business analysis background with excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively across Group, local teams, and external providers.

This role suits an experienced Business Analyst or Consultant with direct private assets platform implementation experience (especially eFront) who can deliver impactful results in a fast-paced transformation environment.
