Job Summary
Manage tender sourcing, proposal development, and contract negotiations to support construction projects. Coordinate site activities, control project budgeting, and ensure timely submission of claims and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Source tenders on platforms such as Gebiz to identify new project opportunities
- Conduct site showrounds and site walks to gather information for tender preparation
- Develop detailed proposals and tender documents for RFPs, RFQs, and tenders within submission deadlines
- Perform accurate quantity measurements for tenders and ongoing projects to support cost estimation
- Source quotations and procure materials required for tenders and active projects
- Participate in tender clarifications and interviews with project managers and directors to negotiate contracts
- Prepare and submit progressive payment claims for ongoing projects to ensure timely cash flow
- Measure and prepare variation claims with supporting documentation when applicable
- Attend site meetings with clients to facilitate coordination between clients, subcontractors, and workforce
- Assist project managers and directors in budgeting, cash flow control, and project cost management
- Execute other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support project delivery
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and quantity takeoff software
- Strong knowledge of construction industry practices and standards
- Effective negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Fluency in English for clear communication and documentation

Pay: $3,300.00 - $4,500.00 per month
