Key Responsibilities

• Promote & Specify: Present our waterproofing product range to architects, consultants, and developers to get our products specified into upcoming projects.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with main contractors, sub-contractors, and site project managers.
• Sales Execution: Follow up on project leads, prepare quotations, and secure product orders across target regions.
• Technical Support: Assist clients with basic technical enquiries, product selection, and site mock-ups (with guidance from senior team members).
• Market Tracking: Stay updated on new construction projects and key industry developments.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any field (a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Architecture, Business, or Marketing is a plus).
• Mandarin fluency (written & spoken) is essential to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Must possess own transport and a valid driving license for site and office visits.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and keen to learn technical sales skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
