Responsible for developing the Quality strategy, policies, processes, standards and systems for the Company and its supply chain to operate within.

* To assist Management Representative in ensuring that process needed for the Quality Management System are established, implemented and maintained in accordance with all International Standard applicable to organization.

* Provides oversight for the development and maintenance of quality programs, systems, processes and procedures that ensure compliance with policies and that the performance and quality of services conform to established internal and external standards and guidelines.

* Works directly with operating entities to provide process analyses oversight on a continuing basis to enforce requirements and meet regulations.

* Leads audit and inspection preparation, resolution of audit and inspection findings and liaises with auditing groups and inspectors through all stages of the audits.

* Ensures the quality assurance programs and policies are maintained and modified regularly.

* Facilitates uniform standards for the site and enables best practice sharing, thereby fostering the achievement of company's mission globally.

* Management and facilitation of quality documentation system.

* To ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization

* To ensure and assist all Document Controller's responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree with 2-3 years working experience in relevant field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Able to start in short notice or immediately is preferably
• Document control system operations

Pay: RM4,800.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
