• Manage and monitor customers' AI Live operations on TikTok Shop and Shopee Live.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new AI Live customers, including account setup and system activation.
• Follow up with customers to collect pending information, documents, product details, scripts, and other required materials.
• Assist customers in setting up AI Live campaigns and ensure all configurations are completed accurately.
• Monitor live sessions and identify any technical or operational issues.
• Provide first-level customer support and resolve basic enquiries in a timely manner.
• Work closely with the technical team to troubleshoot and escalate system issues when necessary.
• Ensure customers' AI Live sessions run smoothly and according to schedule.
• Guide customers on best practices for TikTok Live and Shopee Live operations.
• Coordinate with the content team to ensure product information, promotions, and live scripts are updated.
• Track customer progress and maintain accurate records in the CRM or internal system.
• Follow up with inactive or pending customers to encourage activation and continued usage.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers by providing professional after-sales support.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operation reports.
• Assist with testing new AI Live features before release.
• Support internal projects and operational improvements when required.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience in TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or e-commerce operations is an advantage.
• Familiar with TikTok Seller Center and Shopee Seller Centre.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to multitask and manage multiple customer accounts.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and responsible.
• Basic knowledge of livestream operations and e-commerce platforms.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
