Responsibilities
Position: SAP Governance, Risk & Compliance Application Support Engineer
Industry: IT
Working Duration: 17 months contract under ADECCO (Renewable based on business needs)
Working Location: KL
Working Day/Hours: Monday - Friday; 9AM - 6PM
Salary: Basic negotiable (Based on experience & skills) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical insurance

The client is a company specializing in healthcare and pharmaceuticals with a focus on innovative medical solutions.
Responsibilities
As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as a software detective, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
- Performing independently and becoming a subject matter expert.
- Actively participating and contributing in team discussions, along with providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Analyzing and resolving complex software issues to ensure continuous system performance and reliability.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and prevent recurring problems.
- Documenting findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting efforts.
- Contributing to process improvements by identifying gaps and proposing innovative approaches.
- Engaging proactively with stakeholders to understand system impacts and prioritize support activities effectively.
Required Skills
- Above 5 years of related experience
- Advanced proficiency in IT Troubleshooting is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Engineering Support is recommended.
- Advanced proficiency in Application Remediation is suggested.
- SAP Governance Risk & Compliance Process Control (SAP GRC PC) (P5 - Master)
