Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers with seating arrangements.
Take customers' food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve food and drinks promptly while providing friendly customer service.
Clear and reset tables, and arrange cutlery and tableware.
Prepare and refill beverages, including tea and other drinks.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining and service areas.
Process customer payments and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
Perform other front-of-house duties as assigned by the supervisor.
