Key Responsibilities
- Participate in ongoing training on product knowledge and service protocols.
- Assist senior consultants and therapists in delivering Emax’s signature beauty and aesthetic services.
- Learn and perform basic facial, skincare, and treatment procedures under guided supervision.
- Provide warm, professional customer service and support clients throughout their treatment journey.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness according to Emax’s operational guidelines.
- Help with daily centre operations including appointment coordination and customer follow-ups.
- Enjoy a full scholarship for your training.
- Follow a comprehensive onboarding and training program.
- Earn SKM Certification Levels 1, 2, and 3.
