We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled AVA Executive to support the daily operations of a vibrant secondary school. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine AV support, ICT troubleshooting, media production, and event management in a meaningful educational setting.

Key Responsibilities


Audio Visual & Event Support


Set up and operate AV equipment for school-wide events, assemblies, performances, and celebrations
Provide technical support for microphones, sound systems, projectors, visualisers, and Apple TV systems
Assist in National Examination AV and IT setup
Support livestreaming and multimedia requirements for school events


ICT & Technical Support


Troubleshoot AV and classroom technology issues
Assist staff and students with device-related matters
Support Apple TV connectivity, projections, and classroom AV systems
Work alongside the school's ICT team to resolve technical issues




Equipment Maintenance & Asset Management


Conduct routine maintenance of AV and ICT equipment
Perform equipment checks and inventory tracking
