Job Title: Planning Analyst

Job Summary

Responsible for developing and maintaining the Global Supply Plan (GSP), balancing customer demand, inventory, production capacity, and material availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage supply, build, and order planning activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Procurement teams.
• Analyze supply chain data, risks, trends, and opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs and support corrective actions.
• Participate in S&OP meetings and provide planning insights.
• Optimize inventory levels and minimize excess/obsolete stock.
• Prepare supply chain performance reports for management.

Required Experience

• 4–7 years of experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, or Supply Chain Planning.
• Experience in inventory management and S&OP processes.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
