Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Clubhouse Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clubhouse, ensuring an exceptional experience for our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
Handle cash transactions
Manage clubhouse membership and booking systems
Oversee locker administration
Process stationery orders
Coordination:
Organize and coordinate courses and meetings
Manage hall/court bookings
Oversee poolside activities and events
Proshop Sales & Inventory:
Manage sales and inventory in the proshop
Housekeeping & Maintenance:
Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of clubhouse facilities
Requirements:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle cash and manage bookings efficiently
Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Comfortable working rotating shifts on weekdays and weekends
