We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and solutions-oriented Software Engineer / Software Developer / Application Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining high-quality software applications and digital systems that align with core business goals. You will work within an Agile development framework, collaborating closely with Product Managers, System Architects, UX/UI Designers, Quality Assurance Specialists, and cross-functional business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable, clean, and maintainable code. Responsibilities include writing modular code, conducting thorough code reviews, designing and consuming RESTful/GraphQL APIs, diagnosing and resolving application bugs, and optimizing software performance for maximum speed and scalability. Additionally, you will participate in architectural discussions, maintain comprehensive technical documentation, support CI/CD pipeline automation, and ensure strict application security and data protection standards. Success in this position requires strong algorithmic problem-solving skills, deep technical curiosity, strict attention to code quality, and a commitment to continuous engineering excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Programming Proficiency: Strong command of modern object-oriented or functional programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++, or Go).
- Full-Stack & Frameworks: Hands-on experience with modern frontend and backend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js, Spring Boot, .NET, or Django).
- Database & SQL/NoSQL: Proficiency in relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and exposure to NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB) for efficient data modeling and query optimization.
- Software Engineering Principles: Solid understanding of core software development concepts, Object-Oriented Design (OOD), design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and microservices architecture.
- Version Control & DevOps: Proficiency in version control systems (Git workflows) and familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Experience writing automated unit tests, integration tests, and debugging complex software issues using modern testing frameworks.
- Problem Solving & Critical Thinking: Excellent analytical and diagnostic troubleshooting skills with a proven ability to break down complex technical requirements into modular, actionable components.
- Agile Collaboration: Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or Kanban environments, using project tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, or GitHub.
