Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute CRM and loyalty campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and sales growth.
• Manage customer journeys, segmentation, automated communications, and CRM activities using Salesforce platforms.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to deliver CRM initiatives and system enhancements.
• Conduct UAT, monitor campaign performance, and leverage customer insights to optimise CRM effectiveness.
• Support a seamless omnichannel customer experience through data-driven CRM strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of CRM experience, preferably in the retail/B2C industry.
• Strong knowledge of CRM strategy, loyalty programmes, customer lifecycle management, and personalised marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud; Loyalty Cloud and Service Cloud experience is advantageous.
• Experience managing CRM campaigns, projects, and UAT.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
