Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Skin Care and Cosmetics Manufacturing
• Position Title: Production Trainee
• Working Location: North – Ang Mo Kio (Require taking few bus stops)
• Working Hours: 5.5 days / Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-1pm
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 2100 + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange and prepare raw materials and packaging materials for daily production.
• Support the full production process, including labelling, filling, carrying, moving, and handing over goods to the warehouse.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure machines, equipment, and department assets are kept in good condition.
• Handle production documentation, records, updates, issuance, and maintenance from pre-weighing to warehouse handover.
• Support internal and external audits, including cGMP, ISO documentation, records, and maintenance.
• Source raw materials, check supplier quotations and stock availability, and arrange alternatives or pre-tests when needed.
• Support production planning, purchase requisitions, SAP updates, SOP compliance, team guidance, and other duties as assigned.

• Min ITE in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline will be an advantage.
• Min 2 years of manufacturing experience is required.
• Knowledge of cGMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001 will be an advantage.
• Able to work hands-on, communicate clearly, guide team members, and use basic computer systems.
