Job Summary

You will perform calibration and preventive maintenance on laboratory equipment, maintain accurate documentation, troubleshoot malfunctions, coordinate repairs, and manage inventory to ensure reliable laboratory operations.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable test results
• Maintain clear and concise documentation for the calibration program and issue calibration reports and certificates
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions by interpreting technical drawings, maintenance manuals, and parts breakdown diagrams
• Disassemble equipment to repair or replace defective parts promptly and accurately
• Perform preventive maintenance on all testing and measuring equipment to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
• Check inventory levels and coordinate purchase orders to maintain adequate supplies for laboratory operations
• Complete additional related duties and assignments as required to support laboratory functions
