Perform professional foot reflexology and full-body massage treatments for high-end clients.

Manage spa treatment supplies inventory, maintain bed linens, and monitor supply levels.

Strictly supervise and enforce hygiene, equipment sterilization, and occupational safety regulations for therapists.

Handle client inquiries, address client feedback professionally, and manage cash collection accurately.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of practical experience in the industry at a licensed spa or massage facility.

Relevant qualifications/certifications in healthcare and massage therapy.

Proven leadership skills with experience managing team schedules and maintaining excellent customer service.

Proficient in basic English to handle bookings and greet walk-in customers.

Willing to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and evenings.
