About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Semiconductor Engineer to join our growing engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting semiconductor equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and maintain semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment calibration.
• Diagnose equipment faults and carry out corrective maintenance.
• Analyze equipment performance and recommend process improvements.
• Support equipment upgrades, modifications, and relocation projects.
• Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, and service documentation.
• Work closely with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Provide technical support during equipment acceptance and qualification.
• Travel to customer sites when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in semiconductor equipment installation, maintenance, or field service.
• Experience working with semiconductor manufacturing equipment is preferred.
• Familiarity with cleanroom working environments and semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Able to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work on-site and travel when required.
• Proficient in English. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers, suppliers, and headquarters.

Candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas will have an advantage:

• Wafer fabrication equipment
• Semiconductor assembly and test equipment
• Vacuum systems
• PLC and industrial automation
• Preventive maintenance and equipment troubleshooting
• Installation and commissioning of semiconductor production equipment
