About the Role

We are seeking an associate to join our team, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely NAV production and related fund administration services. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values precision, ownership, and proactive client service.

What You'll Do

• Act as a day-to-day point of contact for clients on operational matters, issue resolution, and general requests
• Prepare Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations in line with service level agreements — including fee amortization and accruals, financing accruals, and management/performance fee computations
• Prepare wire payment instructions
• Maintain consistent, high-quality deliverables in line with SLA and accuracy standards
• Support your manager and senior team members with new client onboarding
• Prepare investor capital activity statements, support annual financial audits, and assist with other statutory reporting
• Identify and escalate material issues affecting NAV production or client relationships in a timely, detailed manner
• Resolve client queries promptly while maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong working relationships across Krypton's internal teams, clients, and other professional parties
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and client-specific service agreements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent professional qualification
• At least 1 year of experience in financial services, ideally in fund accounting within fund administration — fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with PFS-Paxus is an advantage
