What You’ll Do:
Service Crew
Deliver excellent customer service and support smooth daily restaurant operations.
Greet and assist guests, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages promptly.
Ensure the dining area, service stations, and equipment are kept clean and well-organized.
Assist with table setup, clearing of dishes, and restaurant preparation before and after service.
Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
Adhere to food hygiene, workplace safety, and company operating procedures at all times.
Support supervisors and team members with daily operational and service-related tasks.
