Responsibilities

Sales Operations

• Process daily orders including order entry, confirmations, and follow-ups to keep sales moving.
• Maintain up-to-date sales records and reconcile stock levels to reduce errors and stockouts.

Finance & Billing

• Prepare and issue invoices, manage billing cycles, and follow up on accounts receivable.
• Assist with basic cash flow statements and use accounting software to reconcile payments.

Customer & Account Support

• Provide friendly customer support to wholesale clients, resolving order and payment queries quickly.
• Support B2B marketing tasks by maintaining client lists and helping with simple outreach.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Approximately 2 years of relevant experience in sales administration, retail, or wholesale operations.
• Diploma or equivalent in Business, Accounting, or related field is preferred but not required.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Practical experience with inventory management, order processing, and order entry systems.
• Experience in invoicing, billing, accounts receivable, and preparing basic cash flow statements using accounting software.
