Scope

• Analyse financial markets — TradFi and DeFi opportunities, equities, options and macro trends.
• Support the design, testing, monitoring, and improvement of AI agents.
• Use Python, APIs, spreadsheets, databases, and AI tools to automate research, reporting, and execution workflows.
• Review AI agents' performance, AI decisions, and risk controls to find weaknesses and sharpen strategy discipline.

Requirements

• Min degree in IT, preferably with knowledge in finance or economics or accounting or data analytics, or a related field.
• Comfortable with technology — preferably Python — and familiar with APIs, automation tools, spreadsheets, and data analysis.
• Strong interest in AI agents, trading bots, both DeFi and TradFi and systematic investing.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, practical — and able to scrutinize AI agents' outputs.
• Comfortable with hybrid/remote work arrangements.
