Are you passionate about people, recruitment, and building strong employer brands? Join our Talent Acquisition team and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment activities while contributing to exciting talent and branding initiatives. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop HR and recruitment skills in a dynamic, fast-paced corporate environment.
What You'll Do
Support Campus Recruitment Activities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing campus recruitment programs, career fairs, networking events, and university engagement activities.
Coordinate Recruitment & Administrative Affairs
- Support interview scheduling, candidate communications, and recruitment-related coordination activities.
- Ensure smooth coordination between candidates, hiring managers, and the Talent Acquisition team throughout the hiring process.
- Involve in the automation of interview scheduling and onboarding processes to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort and enhance candidate experience.
Drive Employer Branding Initiatives
- Contribute creative ideas and content for employer branding campaigns across social media and recruitment platforms.
- Support the creation of engaging materials that showcase our company culture, employee experiences, and career opportunities.
Participate in Local HR activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams on employee engagement-related programs and any process improvement initiatives.

Who We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field. *Open for Engineering students who are passionate in connecting with people.
- Intern student who can stay with us longer than 6 month is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Creative mindset with an interest in employer branding and social media.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Passionate about connecting people with opportunities and building great candidate experiences.
