HR Recruitment Executive (Entry Level)

Location: Taman Midah, Cheras (Only a 2-minute walk from the MRT station)

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM1,700
• Allowance: RM300
• Commission: RM1,000++ (Performance-based)
• Attractive earning potential with uncapped commissions

Working Hours

• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 5.5 working days per week
• Lunch break: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM

Requirements

• Age 18–30
• No prior experience required – full training will be provided
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Responsibilities

• Source and recruit suitable candidates
• Arrange and coordinate interview appointments
• Assist candidates throughout their trial work or trial livestream sessions
• Handle basic administrative and paperwork duties once recruitment operations are stable

Trial Period

• A 7-day training/trial period is required.
• During this period, candidates are expected to successfully recruit at least one livestream host.
• Further details will be explained during the interview.
