Job Purpose

• Focused on creating innovative designs and graphics that align with the company’s sales objectives and promotional strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative materials for digital and print platforms (social media, posters, banners, brochures, advertisements, and in-store visuals).
• Edit and enhance photos of motorcycles, events, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with the Sales teams to develop designs that align with brand identity and campaign objectives.
• Ensure all designs are delivered within deadlines and meet required quality standards.
• Support marketing events, product launches, and promotions with creative designs.
• Maintain consistency in branding across all marketing channels.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Deliver a minimum of 3 creative designs per day (e.g., social media posts, promotional materials, or marketing collaterals).
• Ensure 95% of design projects are completed and delivered on or before the agreed deadlines.
• Consistently produce designs that meet company standards and receive positive internal feedback.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Creative Arts or related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), familiar with Canva/Figma, and eager to learn and apply AI-powered design tools to support creative projects.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow brand guidelines
• Positive attitude, creativity, and eagerness to grow in a dynamic team environment.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
