JOB SUMMARY
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction projects from planning through to completion.
- Conduct detailed project reviews to plan deliverables and prepare cost estimates.
- Oversee both on-site and off-site construction activities to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
- Manage resources efficiently, including manpower, materials, and inventory tracking.
- Ensure all contractual obligations and performance requirements are met.
- Prepare and present internal and external project progress reports.
- Proactively identify potential issues and implement solutions to mitigate risks.
- Analyse project risks and develop strategies to minimize impact.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and proper construction techniques at all stages.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in construction management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- In-depth understanding of building materials, construction details, and relevant regulations and quality standards.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all phases of the construction lifecycle.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage conflicts and handle crisis situations effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent time management and project coordination skills.
- Effective communication skills across various platforms with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong written communication skills, including the ability to prepare formal correspondence to clients and suppliers.
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
