WE'RE HIRING – Logistics Administrator and Logistics Manager

Company: Ontrack Logistics

Location: No. 9-01-1, Lorong Batu Nilam 10A, Bandar Bukit Tinggi, 41200 Klang, Selangor

Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,500

Job Requirements:

=Minimum experience in the logistics field is required

=Candidates with experience in logistics operations, transportation, or supply chain management are preferred

= Professional English communication skills (speaking and writing) will be an advantage

= Candidates with a Diploma/Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related chemical fields are encouraged to apply

= Work experience in chemical industries, chemical handling, or chemical logistics will be an advantage

=Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills

=Able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure

=Responsible, organised, and detail-oriented

Job Responsibilities:

=Manage and oversee daily logistics operations and transportation activities

=Plan and coordinate delivery schedules, drivers, and resources

=Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery completion

=Handle communication with customers, drivers, and operation teams

=Prepare reports and maintain proper documentation

=Identify operational issues and provide effective solutions

=Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards

=Lead and support the logistics team to improve operational efficiency
