Responsibilities
We are looking for the high caliber candidate to fill the above captioned position:
Responsibilities:
Assist manager with project scheduling and meeting coordination
Track project tasks, meet deadlines and deliverable
Prepare and update project documents, data sorting, reports and status trackers
Communicate with internal teams and external providers as when necessary
Follow up action plan and help resolve basic project issues
Support project manger with admin and coordination work
Requirement:
University graduate with any discipline
1 – 2 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support
Work experience in warehouse and logistics operation is preferred
Good understanding of project management processes
Quick response, detail oriented with can work under fast-pace environment
Good interpersonal and communication skill and to be a good team player
Proficiency in using MS office and AI tools
Immediately available is preferred
