Job Description:

As an I.T. Instructor / Training Consultant, you will play a key role in empowering individuals and organizations with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in the digital and AI era.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging instructor-led I.T. training or workshops for corporate and public-sector customers.

• Facilitate learning and ensure participants achieve their learning outcomes or certification goals.

• Provide guidance and coaching to learners.

• Consult with customers to understand their business objectives, workforce capability needs or digital transformation initiatives.

• Design and customize training programs, learning pathways, and skills development solutions to meet customer requirements by project-based

• Collaborate with account managers and technology partners

Candidates may specialize in one or more of the following areas:

• Artificial Intelligence (AI) & GenAI

  • Microsoft Copilot / Microsoft AI Solutions / Google Gemini / Canva AI / AI Productivity & Prompt Engineering

• Cloud Computing

  • Microsoft Azure / Amazon Web Services (AWS) / Cloud Architecture & Migration / Cloud Administration & Operations

• Data & Automation

  • Microsoft Power BI / Power Automate / Power Apps / Data Analytics

• Programming & Development

  • Python / Vibe Coding / Application Development / Low-Code / No-Code Solutions

• Cybersecurity

  • CISSP / CISA / CEH / Security Awareness / Governance, Risk & Compliance

• Microsoft Productivity Solutions

  • Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Office Applications / Microsoft Teams / SharePoint / Copilot for Microsoft 365

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant industry, consulting, training, or hands-on technical experience.

• Strong practical knowledge in one or more technology domains including AI, Cloud, Data Analytics, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Microsoft Technologies, Automation, or Programming.

• Relevant professional certifications are highly preferred, such as:

  • Microsoft Certified Fundamentals / Associate / Expert

  • AWS Certifications

  • CISSP, CISA, CEH

  • Power Platform Certifications

  • Other industry-recognized credentials

• Passion for teaching, coaching, education

• Good presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn.

• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

• Fluent in Cantonese and English with good written English; Mandarin is an advantage.
