About the role

JEF Industrial Limited is seeking a Sales Co-ordinator to join our dynamic production and export team. This is a full-time position based in Kwai Hing, Kwai Tsing District. We need a coordinator who can support sales and follow up on factory production to ensure orders are processed on time.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with schedules, leads, documentation (contracts, purchase orders, invoices and shipping papers)

• Respond to customer inquiries, follow up on quotes/availability, and support order status updates.

• Production status follow-up, handle production issues and production samples

• Maintain organized files, and handle other administration tasks as needed.

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification, with relevant experience or similar in role (preferred)

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation

• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Familiarity with manufacturing is highly desirable

• Immediate start is preferred
