Job Scope & Details:

· Prep, service, and roll assembly at an open hand roll counter

· Location: Town (exact outlet shared upon interview)

· 5-day work week, approx. 50 hours/week

· Salary: $3,400 – $3,800/month depending on experience

· Prior Japanese cuisine/sushi experience preferred but not necessary

· High energy, team-oriented, and reliable
