Job Summary
Responsible for leading maintenance activities including troubleshooting equipment failures, planning and performing predictive and corrective maintenance, managing spare parts, and training personnel to ensure operational reliability and safety.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot equipment failures to restore functionality and minimize operational downtime
- Plan, schedule, and execute predictive and corrective maintenance to optimize equipment performance and reliability
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records to ensure compliance and support data analysis
- Prepare detailed maintenance reports and lead meetings to communicate status updates and improvement plans
- Develop and implement standardized maintenance procedures to improve process efficiency and consistency
- Track and analyze uptime, downtime, Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) metrics for CDS equipment to monitor reliability trends
- Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (FMEAs) and apply corrective actions to mitigate operational risks
- Manage spare parts inventory and ordering processes to ensure availability and minimize delays in maintenance activities
- Lead and coordinate Shift Technicians to complete maintenance tasks efficiently and on schedule
- Train technicians and customer personnel on equipment operation and maintenance to enhance skills and promote safety awareness
- Enforce high standards of safety and housekeeping and assist in audits to maintain regulatory compliance
- Generate reports and presentations on maintenance activities and performance metrics for stakeholders
- Lead startup, commissioning, and installation of gas cabinets, VMB & panel, and process systems to ensure proper operation and integration
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance effectiveness and operational reliability
- Provide 24-hour standby support for emergency activation or shutdown to respond promptly to incidents
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as necessary to support operational continuity
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree holder in Engineering related disciplines
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
