Enerzyz Hiring! Full Time GTM Associate in - Ricebowl

Location: Singapore

Enerzyz is building the AI operating system for the built world - a protocol-agnostic orchestration layer that sits on top of BMS, SCADA, PLC, and IoT infrastructure and makes buildings and facilities actually intelligent. We're early, we're moving fast, and the market is wide open.

The role:

You'll be acting as the GTM Associate. That means you work with the full top-of-funnel - finding the right champions in commercial buildings, data centers, and industrial operators, getting us in front of them, and moving them through the pipeline. You'll work directly with the founding and GTM team on positioning, sales lifecycle, outbound strategy, and closing early design partners.

What you'll do:

Build and run outbound across facility managers, operations and energy directors, and C-suite at commercial real estate, data center, and industrial prospects

Identify and qualify design partners for our early deployments

Coordinate with channel partners for prospects management and support

Own the CRM, the pipeline, and the reporting from cold outreach to signed LOI

Sit in on every customer conversation and feed insights directly into product and positioning

Attend events and expos across APAC to represent Enerzyz and generate leads

Work with the founding team to develop the OEM and channel partner pipeline.

Who you are:

You've sold complex technical products - ideally into facilities, energy, real estate, or industrial. PropTech, HVAC, BMS, or energy management is a serious plus

You understand long sales cycles and know how to create urgency in them

You're a strong writer and communicator. Our outbound has to cut through to people who get 200 cold emails a day.

You think in systems. You'll be building the GTM motion, not just executing tasks inside one

You're comfortable with ambiguity and get energy from zero-to-one work

You have the intelligence to understand people and know how to connect to people across geographies and cultures.
