We are seeking a forward-thinking, analytical, and impact-driven Digital Transformation / Business Analyst to help drive our enterprise digital modernization strategy and streamline business operations. In this strategic hybrid role, you will bridge the gap between business leadership, operational units, and technology teams, taking ownership of identifying manual frictions, analyzing legacy workflows, and defining functional specs for digital systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, IT, Operations, Finance, and Customer Success to design future-state business processes, evaluate modern digital solutions (e.g., ERP, CRM, Cloud platforms, Automation/RPA), and execute digital initiatives. Responsibilities include leading discovery workshops, mapping end-to-end user journeys and process workflows (BPMN), writing detailed functional requirements and user stories, conducting cost-benefit analyses, and overseeing user acceptance testing (UAT). Additionally, you will play a key role in change management—developing training frameworks and tracking digital adoption metrics to ensure seamless enterprise transition. Success in this position requires a blend of sharp analytical diagnostic skills, technical literacy, enterprise change management capability, and the communication skills needed to align diverse stakeholders around digital innovation.

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Business Analysis & Requirements Engineering: Strong expertise in eliciting requirements, conducting gap analyses, mapping target-state architecture, drafting user stories, and creating clear functional/technical specifications.
• Digital Transformation & Innovation: Demonstrated experience participating in enterprise digital transformation programs, system migrations, cloud transitions, process automation (RPA), or software implementations (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, Workday).
• Process Modeling & Mapping: Advanced proficiency in business process modeling and mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Microsoft Visio, Miro, ARIS) using BPMN or standard flowchart frameworks.
• Data & BI Literacy: Hands-on experience working with data extraction (SQL) and building visual analytics dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to conduct baseline performance assessments and prove post-implementation ROI.
• Change Management & Adoption: Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR) to minimize organizational resistance, design end-user training programs, and ensure high digital adoption rates.
• System Testing & Quality Assurance: Experience planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios, validating system functionality against business requirements, and managing deployment defect tracking.
• Stakeholder Management & Facilitation: Exceptional interpersonal and workshop facilitation skills, with a proven ability to align cross-functional leaders, manage conflicting priorities, and translate complex technical concepts for non-technical executives.
• Agile & Delivery Methodologies: Practical experience working within Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery frameworks using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
