The COO will champion innovation, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, support digital transformation, improve customer experience, and ensure efficient execution of business strategies while maintaining operational resilience and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities- Develop and execute operational strategies that align with the organization's vision and long-term business objectives.

- Collaborate with the CEO and executive leadership team to develop and implement corporate strategies.

- Lead enterprise-wide operational planning, resource allocation, and performance management.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve operational and financial performance.
- Strengthen business processes, internal controls, governance frameworks, and risk management practices.
- Oversee budgeting, operational forecasting, and resource planning to maximize organizational performance.
- Foster collaboration across departments to ensure alignment between strategic objectives and operational execution.
- Lead business transformation, digital modernization, and organizational change initiatives.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, Operations Management, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree, MBA, or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of executive leadership, business operations, corporate strategy, and organizational management.
- Expertise in operational excellence, business transformation, performance management, and strategic planning.
- Comprehensive understanding of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, corporate governance, and enterprise risk management.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and improve organizational performance.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical thinking, strategic decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
