About the role
HR Circle is Singapore's invite-only community for senior HR leaders — Directors, VPs, CHROs, and Heads of HR from leading companies across Singapore and the region. We're looking for a Community Management Intern to help us grow, engage, and look after the HR Circle community. This is a people-facing, hands-on role — you'll be calling senior HR professionals, managing our contact database, supporting event logistics, and helping us build relationships that keep our community active and growing. This is not a back-office internship. You'll be speaking directly with Director-level and above HR professionals from day one.
Key responsibilities
- Make warm outreach calls to senior HR professionals to introduce HR Circle, gauge interest in upcoming events, and keep existing members engaged
- Follow up with contacts who have attended past events or expressed interest — check in, ask what topics they care about, and note feedback
- Maintain detailed call notes and update contact records in HubSpot after every interaction
- Help source and qualify potential attendees for upcoming HR Circle events
- Follow up on RSVPs, manage waitlists, and coordinate guest confirmations via Luma
- Support pre-event and post-event communications to attendees
- Keep HubSpot contact records clean and up to date — names, titles, companies, phone numbers
- Tag contacts with correct community roles, seniority levels, and topics of interest based on conversations
- Research potential new community members — senior HR leaders at companies not yet in our network
- Build prospect lists from LinkedIn, referrals, and event registrant data
About you
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, HR, Marketing, or a related field
- Comfortable picking up the phone and speaking with senior professionals — you don't need to be pushy, just natural and curious
- Organised and detail-oriented — you take good notes and follow through
- Good written English — you'll be drafting WhatsApp messages, emails, and call summaries
- Familiarity with LinkedIn is a plus; experience with HubSpot, Luma, or any CRM is a bonus but not required
