We are hiring a Project Executive with strong administrative & operations background (AI & IT) to join our Johor Bahru office in Southkey,

This role covers a range of general Business responsibilities with a focus on project administration and operations - we are open to candidates who are experienced in different areas.

Please share which area you are experienced in

Project Management & Coordination

-Requirement gathering & documentation

-Task planning & delegation of tasks to cross-functional teams internally and suppliers

-Timeline tracking and coordination internally and with clients

-Coordinate deployment and handover of projects to clients

General Business Admin

-Quotations, Invoicing, General bookkeeping including reconciliations

-Vendor & Client liasing

-Office management & payments

-Business Research

Who we are looking for:

You are meticulous and detail-oriented

You are comfortable with multi-tasking to handle details of projects

You should be comfortable using or learning to use various AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini, AI agents for web browsing, and more specialised AI tools for specialised slide decks and images for various business executive needs

You enjoy the hustle and pace of a startup environment

You are looking for more direct responsibility in your tasks, and want to deal directly with key decision makers.
