- To deliver best-in-class trade execution and market expertise while fostering strong client relationship managing trading risks and contributing to business growth through ownership and continuous process improvement.

Qualification/License Requirement
- Execute client orders accurately and efficiently. Deliver best execution while minimizing trading costs. Manage trading risks and resolve execution issues promptly. Handle complex or high-impact trading activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients. Monitor market movements and provide timely market insights.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Research, Operations, Compliance, and IT teams.
- Drive process improvements and support trading system enhancements.
- Contribute to business growth by enhancing client service and trading capabilities.
- Risk control – manage to reduce the error trade risk, conduct cash check, inventory check, check for accounts set up.
- Reconcile daily and/or monthly reports, as assigned.
Qualification/License Requirement
- Proven expertise with relevant experience
- Knowledge of equity trading, different trading strategies, the marketplace, and market issues
- License Requirement: Qualification Exam for Securities Specialist or Senior Securities Specialist
