Responsibilities

IT Business Analyst

The IT Business Analyst joins a client’s project team to deliver comprehensive requirements analysis and testing coordination. This role supports the successful implementation of system solutions that meet operational, business, and regulatory standards. The organisation fosters a collaborative environment focused on process improvement and stakeholder engagement.

Role Overview

Leads the coordination of testing activities across the project lifecycle, including test planning, execution, and documentation. Works closely with business users and IT teams to gather requirements, streamline workflows, and identify opportunities for process enhancements. Facilitates communication between stakeholders and technical partners, ensuring effective delivery within a fast-paced environment.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Manage the full testing lifecycle, including test planning, case preparation, UAT, and defect management
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure requirements and solutions align
  • Analyse business processes and document workflows to support process improvements
  • Utilise SQL for data extraction, analysis, and validation purposes
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, PivotTables, and data validation
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
