Job Description: Transport Operation Planner

Job Summary

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily transport operations to ensure timely and efficient deliveries and collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily transport schedules.
• Assign drivers and vehicles.
• Plan efficient delivery and collection routes.
• Monitor vehicle movements and job progress.
• Coordinate with drivers, customers, warehouses, ports, and depots.
• Handle delays, breakdowns, and operational changes.
• Ensure transport documents are complete and accurate.
• Maintain trip, mileage, fuel, and delivery records.
• Monitor vehicle and driver utilization.
• Ensure compliance with safety and transport regulations.
• Prepare daily and monthly operation reports.

Requirements

• Experience in transport, logistics, haulage, or fleet operations.
• Good planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and transport systems.
• Able to work under pressure and beyond normal working hours when required.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
