Match Print Sdn Bhd is a growing printing and advertising company specializing in Offset, Digital and Large Format Printing solutions.

This is not a desk job.

We are looking for someone who can think strategically, identify opportunities, and grow accounts into long-term business partnerships.

Job Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential target markets based on different business segments.
• Develop new business opportunities through telemarketing, networking and market research.
• Arrange appointments with potential customers.
• Conduct face-to-face consultation with business owners and decision makers.
• Understand customer challenges and recommend suitable printing and branding solutions.
• Prepare proposals and quotations.
• Follow up consistently until project confirmation.
• Build long-term customer relationships instead of focusing on one-time sales.
• Develop existing customers into repeat and recurring clients.
• Work closely with designers and production team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Continuously explore new industries and market opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or related field is an advantage.
• Experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Account Management or Corporate Sales is preferred.
• Experience in the Printing & Advertising Industry is an added advantage, but not required.
• Comprehensive product knowledge and structured training will be provided.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for client meetings.
• Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented.
