Key Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily civil and structural construction works on site.
• Monitor work progress to ensure activities are completed according to the project schedule.
• Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
• Coordinate daily site activities with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers.
• Conduct routine site inspections to monitor workmanship and construction quality.
• Report site progress, delays, and technical issues to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
• Assist in preparing daily site reports, progress reports, and site records.
• Verify materials delivered to site meet project specifications and approved standards.
• Monitor labour, equipment, and material usage to minimise wastage.
• Ensure all site activities comply with company Quality Management System (ISO 9001), where applicable.
• Assist during consultant inspections, authority inspections, and client site visits.
• Monitor rectification works and ensure defects are properly addressed.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with CIDB requirements and relevant Malaysian Standards.
• Promote good housekeeping practices and maintain an organised worksite.
• Ensure workers comply with Safety and Health regulations, PPE requirements, and site safety procedures.
• Attend toolbox meetings, coordination meetings, and technical discussions.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager or immediate supervisor.

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
