1) Prepare quotations for system installation and maintenance based on customer needs and requirements.

2) Meet with clients to understand their technical needs and requirements related to firefighting systems and equipment.

3) Present and demonstrate firefighting products and services to prospective customers.

4) Conduct on-site service and maintenance of firefighting equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

5) Address customer inquiries and resolve technical issues promptly.

6) Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of customer complaints.

7) Suggest and implement product improvements based on client feedback and industry best practices.

8) Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.

9) Gather customer feedback on product performance, usability, and areas for improvement.

10) Perform inspections, testing, and repairs to ensure equipment is functioning correctly and meets safety standards.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
