Project: Canon Singapore (August Intake)

Working Location: Ara Damansara, Selangor (Near LRT Station)

Salary Package

• Basic Salary: RM3,000
• KPI Incentive: Up to RM200

About the Role

Join our Canon Singapore customer support team and assist customers by handling enquiries through phone calls and email. If you enjoy helping people and delivering excellent service, we'd love to hear from you!

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Rotational within operating hours)
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
• Sunday & Public Holidays: Off (Subject to company policy)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via inbound calls and email.
• Provide accurate information regarding Canon products and services.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
• Escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Update customer information in the system.
• Achieve customer service quality and KPI targets.

Job Requirements

• Malaysian Citizen.
• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (to support Canon Singapore customers).
• Basic computer skills.
• Customer service experience is an added advantage.
