Job Description

• Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases.
• Raise and maintain requisition form by running number for all products
• Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options.
• Create and maintain good relationships with vendors or suppliers.
• Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies
• Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.
• Ensure that the products and supplies are of high quality.
• Maintain logs and records of warehouse inventory
• Assist HOD with yearly surveillance audit activities

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE “O” Level or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Familiarity with Globe3 ERP system is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,600.00 per month

Work Location: In person
