About the Roles

Join a steel structural manufacturing company as a Technical Engineer based in Pasir Panjang. This permanent position follows a five-day work week, Monday to Friday, from 8.30am to 6pm, and offers a basic salary with variable bonus.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Respond to technical enquiries from customers and consultants.
• Prepare technical documents, specifications, and cost estimates for pre- and post-sales activities.
• Provide engineering support to the sales and production teams.
• Manage customer orders from initial confirmation through final completion.
• Conduct site evaluations and deliver on-site training for product installation.
• Develop technically and economically optimized designs using structural analysis and relevant engineering standards.
• Coordinate with engineering and production teams to fulfil client requirements.
• Recommend solutions and improvements for future applications.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma in Civil/ Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
• Around 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred; candidates without experience are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.
• Good knowledge of structural design principles and engineering calculations.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD / Revit software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
