We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts cum Admin Executive to join our team on a full time basis in Central Singapore. You will support daily accounting and administrative operations, maintain accurate records, and help keep the office running smoothly. This role offers broad exposure, hands-on experience, and opportunities to grow within a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting and Finance
- Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) activities.
- Process invoices and payments accurately and maintain up-to-date financial records in SAP.
- Perform reconciliations of invoices, payments, supplier statements, and customer accounts.
- Support month-end closing activities and preparation of basic financial reports.
- Assist with GST reporting, documentation, and compliance requirements. Training may be provided where required.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and work with relevant parties to resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure all accounting transactions are properly recorded and supported by the necessary documentation.
Administration and Office Support
- Maintain an organised filing and documentation system for accounting, administrative, and audit purposes.
- Assist with contracts, correspondence, and general office documentation.
- Support daily office operations, coordination, and administrative activities.
- Liaise with internal departments, customers, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or office administration.
- Practical experience in AP, AR, invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation.
- Familiarity with SAP would be advantageous but is not mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable preparing basic reports.
- Meticulous, organised, and able to maintain accurate records.
- Able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working independently within a small and collaborative team environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
