Product Director – Server & Network Switches (APAC)

Location: Singapore (Covering SG, MY, and APAC)

Salary: 1,500,000 – 2,000,000 RMB / year

About the Role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Product Director to establish and lead our Singapore-based product & pre-sales team. You will drive the strategy, solution design, and GTM execution for our Server (AI/x86) and Network Switch portfolio across the APAC region, bridging overseas customers (Hyperscalers, Telcos, IDCs) with internal R&D and manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Lead product positioning and roadmaps for Servers (AI/x86/Edge) and Switches (Data Center/Campus) across APAC.
• Solution Leadership: Oversee solution design, RFP/RFQ bids, and technical proposals for major hyperscaler, telco, and enterprise clients.
• Lifecycle & Delivery: Serve as the primary bridge between APAC clients and R&D/manufacturing teams from requirement intake through to delivery.
• Team Leadership: Build and scale the Singapore-based product and pre-sales engineering team from scratch.

Key Requirements

• Core Experience:
• 5+ years in Product Management or Senior Pre-Sales within the ICT industry.
• 2+ years in technical team leadership.
• MUST HAVE: Strong hands-on experience in Servers (AI/x86/Storage) OR Network Switches (Data Center switching/ASIC platforms).
• Track Record: Proven success with ODM/OEM or white-box infrastructure for Hyperscalers, Telcos, or IDCs in Southeast Asia (SG/MY preferred).
• Language & Soft Skills:
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (to interface with global clients and internal R&D/manufacturing teams).
• Strong executive presentation skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in CS, EE, Telecom, or a related technical field.
