·       Maintainand update a full list of inventories of equipment-related service operations.

·       Preparenecessary documents and service reports for customer submission / approval.

·       Assistand handle all service repair order-related activities, arrangement, assignmentand clarifications issues.

·       Carryout field maintenance of the pump / valve / equipment.

·       Support on installation, repair, maintenance and commissioning works.

·       Support the service workshop for pump repairs and servicing.

·       Any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned by HOD.
